Fruit Bats

Goodbye Fruit Bats, you will be missed!

In a recent post on the band's website Fruit Bats frontman Eric D. Johnson announced that the band is "calling it a day". The band has had a great career spanning 13 years and 5 albums. The one bright note is the hint to a "epic last gig in Chicago".

The band just wrapped up their final three scheduled shows in support of the 10 year anniversary reissue of Mouthful via Jealous Butcher. The reissue will be the first time the collection is available on vinyl. Mouthfuls was the band's second album and first on Sub Pop.

Live Preview: Vetiver Kicks Off West Coast Tour at The New Parish
